In a dystopian future where media and documentation are tightly controlled, a man films his journey as he tries to help his family escape the city in search of a better life.
In 2045 England, where a totalitarian state controls the media and has banned personal recording, a young man secretly films his life and tries to get his father and sister to try to escape to France with him.
In the near future, where civil unrest in the UK has resulted in closed borders, secret labor camps, and food rationing, a young government employee aims to secretly escape alongside his sister and father, and documents it all on a hidden camera, an offense that, if discovered, is punishable by a lifetime in the camps.

In 2030 UK, a civil conflict resulted in the consolidation of power under a centralized state. The current government maintains strict control over movement, media, and private documentation. In Totton, England, in 2045, a young man named CHARLIE (25) covertly records his actions with a hidden camera and audio device.

Charlie talks to a SALESMAN about buying a camera. He also talks about trying to leave with three people in total, and asks the man how much it will cost to get them out. Charlie gives him money and tells him to await hearing about a location.

Charlie works for a company, EqualShare, as a delivery driver. He lives with his sister HOLLIE (18) and their father ANDREW (50s). Hollie is sickly, and Andrew is thinning; Hollie barely eats. She is unemployed but looking for work. Charlie brings up the idea of escaping their present situation and fleeing to France, but Andrew shuts it down.

Charlie films himself and shows a pamphlet about processing centers in England; his mother was taken away to one some time ago. She worked for the M15.

Hollie fails at another job interview. She seems out of it. She has bad eczema that she covers. She also throws up....
