A former Navy SEAL begins to suspect that the CIA is connected to a mysterious zombie-like virus and the friendly fire incident that left him disabled but struggles to prove this, as he attempts to stop the virus from spreading.
A Navy SEAL and his team in Afghanistan are on an operation to round up hostages who, to their surprise, appear to be infected with some kind of rabid illness. After a CIA agent intercepts the operation and is seemingly treating the locals in secret, the SEAL starts asking questions, only to be set up for a questionable attack of friendly fire made to look like an error, raising the stakes of the mystery.
A Navy SEAL's brush with a mysterious virus in Afghanistan finds him under attack by his own government, whose drone strike leaves him disabled. With his career over, he's spurred to investigate what he believes to be a conspiracy headed up by a shadowy CIA agent.

A SEAL team led by COMMANDER LAWSON "LAW" PACHECO (35) prepares to raid a compound in order to take hostages. Law and his unit, USMC SERGEANT JOANNA "MURPH" MURPHY (32), USMC SERGEANT JAMES "CHAPPY" CHAPPELLE (45), and US ARMY MASTER SERGEANT LESLIE "DIX" HOPE (30) enter the compound. Their unit's sniper, BRUNO "COPE" COPELAND (35), keeps watch nearby. Insurgents with yellow eyes and superhuman strength attempt to attack the team. Several of the insurgents are killed. However, the group is able to take an OLDER KID (11) and a YOUNGER KID (7) hostage.

CIA OFFICER JONES (45) and his men, including LINEBACKER (35) and SCARFACE (40), arrive. Dix and Cope have friendly relationships with the CIA, but Law and Jones butt heads over the children and the mysterious condition of the insurgents. Law does want to turn over the kids. Jones refuses to let them go. As they leave, Law sees the children being injected with a mysterious substance and the air seemingly being tested.

At the base, Law meets with his superior, USMC COLONEL JIM "PITBULL" GRANITE (55), to talk about Jones. Granite warns Law to let it go. Later Law has a confrontation with Jones about the children, but is met with resistance and tension.
