A narrator narrates a nuclear explosion sarcastically. He attributes the disaster to RONALD RONNIE REAGAN, the president. DON REGAN and GEORGE SCHULTZ walk into his office together. The two men invite Ronnie to review the agenda. Ronnie meets GORBACHEV (Gorby), the Russian Chairman in Iceland, to settle on an agreement with the US.

Ronnie gets a presidential brief about the meeting in Iceland. It's a traditional symbol of peace from the Soviets, a gold cuff. Soviet military commanders are contemplating assassinating the General Secretary. Gorbachev will survive if he’s perceived to be successful in America. Ronnie gets shot at but recovers.

THATCHER advises her men not to disturb Europe’s safety because of the President's Infatuation with space weapons. Ronnie wants to deploy the US missiles in Europe to appease the Russians, which Thatcher doesn’t want because England would be in danger. She expresses her concern to George. Ronnie stays outside of Hofdi House for Gorby’s arrival. George, Don, and Poindexter stop the White House Press Secretary, Larry Speaks, from reaching the press but they refuse to tell him anything because they want to wait for a positive outcome. Gorby arrives.
