When this female explorer assistant is once again denied her chance to become an explorer by her chauvinistic male boss, she sets out on her own adventure with a journalist to find the Eighth Wonder.
An explorer and journalist team up to find the lost Eighth Wonder of the World despite all the dangers along the way.

ABBI RHODES is running through a Cambodian jungle. As she hides from her pursuers, she finds a small wooden box and takes it.
CHANNING, Abbi’s boss, finds her and tells her pursuers she has the object they’re looking for even though he does to save his own skin.
Channing and Abbi go to New York for a museum gala opening which will feature their findings though Channing gets all the credit. JO GRAVES, a journalist stuck writing gossip articles, attends. Jo and Abbi bond over how their work is overlooked due to their gender.
ADAM BLAZE is also at the party, about to be nominated to become an explorer, despite his total lack of skill.
Abbi fiddles with the box she found in Cambodia and manages to open it, shocked by what she finds.
Abbi finds Channing and other explorers, including Adam, are gambling with ancient relics. She explains to Channing the box she found contains a medallion with the emblem of the Eighth Wonder of the World.
Abbi tells Channing she wants to be an explorer and he says she is simply just the assistant type. However, he makes a deal with her, saying if they find...
