100% takes place inside a coffin-sized cryogenic pod. Fleeting, occasional flashbacks depicting various domestic scenes inside houses and a science lab.
CHARLOTTE "CHARLIE" NEWTON (25-50) awakens to find herself inside a mental, coffin-like box in an unknown location. She frees herself from her physical restraints and attempts to gain her bearings. She has no recollection of who she is or how she got here, and no apparent means of escape. An automated VOICE (MILO -- AI) informs her of her stats, revealing that she is inside a cryogenic pod and has just awoken from a suspended stasis. She attempts to order MILO to disengage the locks, but fails.

She tries to call the police, and eventually gets in touch with a FBI AGENT MARLOW (30-50) via the pod's intercom system. He tries to track Charlie's location but fails. She begins to experience hallucinations of rats, as well as various other FLASHBACKS of she and a man (LEO 25-50) who turns out to be her husband. Marlow struggles to locate FBI agents to help Charlie, as she struggles with increasingly vivid flashbacks and hallucinations resulting from her anxiety and lack of oxygen. She discovers her real name (Charlotte Newton), and that she was a highly successful doctor who specialized in life preservation.
