Two incompetent officers must save the life of Charlie Chaplin as he films "The Great Dictator".
An unlikely duo is tasked with protecting Charlie Chaplin from Hitler's wrath as Nazi assassins try to prevent the production of his film "The Great Dictator."
When Adolf Hitler sends Nazi agents to kidnap Charlie Chaplin during the production of "The Great Dictator", a cocky FBI agent and ditsy LAPD officer must work together to protect him.

Locations span locations in the greater Hollywood area: Pig ’n Whistle Pub, Sunset Boulevard, Union Station, public school, community center, airport, brothel, warehouse, LAPD Precinct, apartment, studio lot, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Pacific Ocean and Coast, etc. Sequences also take place in Washington D.C., (Italian restaurant, FBI Headquarters), Germany (Bavarian Alps, a rural German estate), and Argentina (coastline)
Hollywood, 1939. Two SUITS give chase to FRANKLIN (30s), after he secretly receives a manila envelope and chase him to the beach where he escapes in a German U-Boat.

Soon after, in the Bavarian Alps, a NAZI OFFICER (20s) approaches the Berghof Estate with the manila envelope. Other officers hand off the envelope until it reaches the hands of ADOLF HITLER. He pulls the paper out of the envelope to reveal Charlie Chaplin’s script for “The Great Dictator.” Hitler isn’t happy with this.

Meanwhile at a restaurant in Washington D.C., a team of FBI AGENTS led be MADISON PACKARD (25) stop the collusion of a crime boss and his cronies. It’s clear Madison’s a celebrity amongst his peers.

The next day, Secretary of War HAROLD STRANGE (50s) meets with FBI director J. EDGAR HOOVER (44) at the FBI headquarters to relay the news that the events during the opening scene chronicled a Nazi spy smuggling a copy of Chaplin’s script out of the US. He explains that they need to take action since a U-boat made it’s way to the Pacific Coast. Edgar decides to send his best agent (Madison) to investigate.
