GUY (30s) is an average man living in Free City, working as a bank teller. Like every morning before, Guy wakes up, brushes his teeth, works out, eats a bowl of cereal, and grabs a cup of coffee before going to work. Along the way, he meets up with his best friend BUDDY.

Despite Buddy’s insistence, Guy can’t shake the feeling that he’s just going through the motions of life without any purpose. Before he can finish his though, a robber enters the bank and demands that everyone get on the ground. Complacent but without fear, Buddy and Guy get to the ground and discuss their evening plans of softball and drinking.

Later that day, during a game of softball, Guy notices an attractive girl walking by the diamond. Desperate to impress her, Guy tries to hit a home-run but fails, losing his team the game. Despite their loss, the team heads over to Timmy’s, a local bar, to end the day. The team is interrupted, however, by a seemingly crazy homeless man by the name of MAC who insists that everyone is complacent and part of a game. Everyone on the team dismisses him except...
