A botched robbery turns into a murdering spree as a burglar and his goons discover the twisted, maniacal nature of the family they decide to rob.
A man who lost his family in a gun shooting robs a millionaire family that's profited from the arms industry, only to discover they are much more twisted than he anticipated.
When a group of burglars break into a mansion, they find themselves in over their heads and outclassed by one of the house's inhabitants, a ruthless teenage killer.

Armed burglars burst into the living room and hold the family hostage. Their leader, BURKE (40), steals Barbara’s wedding ring, and coerces David into giving him the combination for his office safe. David is knocked out after protesting.

We flash back to the week prior, where Barbara moseys around the estate picking up dirty clothes. The property is huge, and includes a tennis court, bowling alley, pool, and horse stable. She smells one of David’s shirts and suspects him of cheating.

Later, she snorts Xanax in private, when James, appears and surprises her, just standing there. He is clearly an odd child. Before taking Lance to soccer practice, she checks the weather on James’ laptop, but discovers disturbing files on...
